• Accepted papers will be categorized into oral paper or poster paper.
• Both will be submitted for inclusion into a Special Issue of the UD – Journal of Science and Technology (UD-JST, ISSN: 1859-1531) indexed by The State Council for Professorship for all fields related to the conference topics
• Language: English.
• Email submissions will NOT be accepted.
• Reviews will be single-blind. Please keep author information present on submissions.

Paper Specifications

• Paper Length: Maximum 6 pages
• Paper Size: US Letter (8.5" x 11") or A4 (210mm X 297mm).
• Fonts: Times New Roman, font size 10.
• Formats are as follows:
• Top margin: 1cm, bottom margin: 1cm, left margin: 1cm, right margin: 1cm;
• Line spacing: single, paragraph spacing: 3pt;
• The body of the paper is divided into two columns; distance between the two columns is 0.5 cm.

Additional Requirements

If your paper is accepted for publication at this conference, you will also need to adhere to the following requirements:

• Authors are required to make their presentations in person at the conference venue. Pre-recorded Videos and Remote presentations will not be allowed.
• REMINDER: At least one author per accepted submission must register for the full conference AND attend the conference to present their paper.
• Authors will be required to upload presentations or posters well ahead of the conference - deadline to be defined at a later time.

• A Best Paper Award per for each session.
• A Best Poster Award per for each session.
• The awards will be presented in the Gala Dinner.
